Die Aprikosen sehr fein hacken und hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Backofen auf 180 Grad vor- und unten vorheizen.<br \/>\nMilch und \u00d6l mischen. Mehl, Flocken, Salz und eventuelle Gew\u00fcrze in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Die Frucht- und die Milch-\u00d6l-Mischung schnell einr\u00fchren (dies kann auch mit einem einfachen Spatel erfolgen). Der Teig sollte eher feucht sein. Wenn es nass ist, k\u00f6nnen Sie einen L\u00f6ffel Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen.<br \/>\nBilden Sie mit Ihren H\u00e4nden kleine Kugeln, legen Sie sie auf ein mit Backpapier bedecktes Backblech und dr\u00fccken Sie die Kugeln zu Keksen flach. Je d\u00fcnner der Teig, desto knuspriger die Kekse. Backen Sie die Kekse etwa 20 Minuten lang.
